(indeed my wife's earnings were larger than mine for last 15 years of our working)

Both of us collect a hefty Social - with my social at max plus waiting for 70 (while I received the 50% spousal benefit (with no while working reduction)

Two socials - Two pensions - savings - investments - home that is 10x what we paid for it 40 years ago - doing ok -- but still do not feel RICH per say
