Brookmount Exploration Inc (BMXI)

Did a nice deep dive and did a straight up head to head comparison of BMXI and US GOLD which just IPO a month in April. Disclaimer, USGO is still in exploration phase compared to BMXI which is a producer.
BMXI beat them in all the important category's.
1, Higher Revenues
2. Larger Net income
3. Larger area for mining rights.
US GOLD working w about 54,000 Acres with only 1 location.
BMXI has twice the acreage spread out over 4 counties.

So the offering was 2 million shares which were offering at $10 dollars. So a total raise of 20M dollar.
BMXI has a MC of 6 Million and US Gold at 191 M..
So my summary concluded US Gold is trading 29x times higher based on less Revs and Smaller operations.
ALL THINGS EQUAL BMXI would be at $3.79. Now obvious that is a poor comparison cause BMXI is quite larger w Revs and already has a Analyst price point of $6 dollars before the Brazil deal is finalized.
So where will this BMXI offering be at?
