Crypto slightly green but BTC just over $27,000. 2024 at the earliest we could see a move. Rumor is no more interest rate hikes this year. But back in 1980 interest rates were nearly 20%. Too bad I had no free cash then. So interest rates around 5% or so is nothing. I am loving the cash payout though.
