I have been in this game since 79, and one thing is a given going back hundreds of years in speculation;

When something is really happening behind the scenes it is always reflected in the PRICE...Why???????????? because human beings are greedy and want the entire pie.
Someone always knows something...

The price would have reflected any activity over the years, especially if a substantial event was on the horizon..Market dynamics 101..if we were at .25, yes get excited, definitely not the case here...
