Horror show of 14Cs. Don't forget the 50:1 split they did right out of the gate. In November 2017, when the former entity, EOXlifestyle, a fitness & pizza franchise business model, was renamed Sun Pacific Holdings, acquired SPP, and turned into a renewable energy company overnight.

The last filing, for that EOXlifestyle entity, showed 1.5 mil in pizza franchise business sold and still lost 1.9 mil. Go figure.
