They’re probably not supposed to say anything at all in regards to percentage because nothing is set in stone until the checks are deposited. And even a rep saying merely 1% off of the actual value could be huge in terms of what an investor could receive depending on their claim size which could cause problems. Still hoping for 50% ballpark.
