As I’m typing, SGEN is trading at a 17% discount to AMGN’s cash buyout price of $229.00, versus a 9% discount at yesterday’s close (prior to news of the FTC action to block the AMGN-HZNP merger).

SGEN’s most recent “unaffected” share price was the $161.37 close on 2/24/23 (#msg-171430587), so the stock is still trading at a 17% premium to the unaffected share price, versus the 42% premium in PFE’s buyout price.
