Astra Veda Corporation (OTC PINK: ASTA) announced today that the Board of Directors has authorized its first general shareholder meeting to communicate directly with shareholders in person on 25 May 2023.

The meeting format will be in-person only located at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center at 2800 Opryland Dr, Nashville, TN 37214. The meeting will be held in the convention center area, Presidential Boardroom A, starting at 11:00 with check-in starting at 10:30. The meeting will conclude no later than 3:00 PM.

Due to limited seating capacity, attendees must pre-register via e-mail to ([e-mail]) with their intention to attend no later than 19 May 2023. Registered attendees must provide necessary information to confirm their shareholder status no later than 23 May 2023 to gain admittance to the meeting area.

Attendees will be required to provide valid government identification and verifiable documentation to establish their identity and ownership of shares. Contact your broker to be added to the Non-Objecting Beneficial Owner (NOBO) list if your shares are held through a brokerage account.

This event will be recorded, and meeting minutes taken to be made available to those who cannot attend in person.

The company will hold this in-person meeting to generally communicate with shareholders and address relevant topics such as overall strategy, status on litigation and presenting ventures without conducting a formal vote on any specific matters.
