$VXIT had a quarterly report due over a month ago.

No filing, and no updates anywhere.

CS and AT algorithm suggest to them that $VXIT is close to getting bumped to Expert Market, where they'll allow only 'closing transactions.'

No operational business, no contracts, no sales revenue, no employees.

$millions owed to others.

Share-dumpage will continue, with billions more to come.
