Is wide spread media using the bribe word?

What part of non relative paying 45 thousand a year for a private school for someone else nephew isn't fishy? Must be tons of people buy a strangers house for cash and let the strangers family live there rent free for the rest of their lives. Must be long term investments. Tax write offs?
