Yes I read that, and the possibility that American oil companies could take over Iraqi oil to the benefit of America. That's why when Hussein lit up the wells many American oil companies were right there to put out the fires. Also they needed to be upgraded, and Halliburton was on hand, thanks to Dick Cheney to assist. He never stop his Halliburton involvement.
