Oh it was covered…Byrne was pretty rabid about it…and he played into the shorty narrative to full effect.

But what did Byrne actually ever prove?

Nothing.

There was never some “hidden” short uncovered. It was a shorted stock for sure, but none of what was going one was “hidden”.

But again, Overstock was an Exchange traded stock. MIKP has absolutely nothing in common with it.
