What’s not good about it? The owners of the warrants (primarily Emil) now have a lower cost basis (meaning they’ll have to pay more in taxes upon conversion) and they increased the authorized shares (letting the bigs know they have plenty of bullets left to fight in court for as long as it takes).

Please explain to us why this is not good. Thank you.
