"Censorship" on a stock message board would be deletion of on topic posts. You want a looser TOS to suit your posting style. Enforcement of existing TOS is not censorship.

...the TOS should be used as a guideline to correct things that need attention, not to act as a form of censorship which is a subjective thing.....
