Any thoughts on this whole $25M valuation thing? If the deal closed as they said it has, then well Fyniti is now only valued at what our stock is valued at. Which as of today, it's just over $1M. Quite the decrease in valuation overnight. I would think the Fyniti guys would having their friends and family pick up stock in SMCE to 1) help move up their valuation and 2) take ownership in their company via the publicly traded SMCE stock.

My post is only my opinion, I recommend you always do your own DD! I am not a licensed broker or a professional by any means, so take what I say as entertainment value at best.
