BBBYQ: Evidence: Company knew that DTCC/Cede committed Fraud
BBBYQ did know that DTCC / Cede & Co. had committed massive fraud, when agreeing to share the full equity holders list. I even think their Chapter 11 filings have been with the deliberate aim to expose naked short selling in a court of law. See evidence below:
On this, and under legal discovery, I am expecting the subsequent criminal complaints to be filed against DTCC and/or Cede & Co. And further, I now am convinced that the stock (BBBYQ) is hands down the most safe, most discounted, most economical, and probably the best investment opportunity in stock market history.
