How could you not anticipate raising capital? It is the whole purpose of doing a spin off! Atizen has said that many times it is doing the spin off to be able to access capital markets with favorable shareholder terms. Having ability to access capital markets is the the main reason a company would go public, otherwise you might as well stay private.
