AVOI didn't take off until after the 8K filing last Monday... People who have scanners or saw the filing picked up on it and bought early... I buy when I see a filing hit and figure it out later... People in before the 8K change of control may have been in for years? Who knows... AVOI was thinly traded for years if not at all some days... The legacy/prior 8K shareholders see the price go up and I am sure some sold into it... This thing had no volume until the 8K hit and it was public information... U can just look at a chart to see that...

AVOI still trades real thin up and down until we get the Big news... If anyone wants a stock/filings/news scanner pm me on twitter.. not 2 expensive and pays for itself over time imo.... JMO and GLTA
