He said that in his deposition which will be played for the jury since he doesn't have the balls to show up. He said a lot of other stupid shit too from what they are reporting. We won't know until it gets released in the courtroom possibly early as today.

The attorneys say they will wrap it up sometime tomorrow. The jury could be deliberating as early as Monday.
