You can appeal the deletions. Occasionally a moderator abuses their position and Admin has removed them as moderator.
You may not witness repercussions if they got a warning and have since improved as moderator.
In my experience, 99.99% of deleted posts violate TOS in some way. The .01% are valid posts that can be restored.

Bias mods delete many posts for ABSOLUTELY NO reason other than they think they can get away with it. Constantly doing that one would think they would be removed as a moderator for such behavior. Unfortunately, I have yet to witnesses any repercussion for such actions.
