I see nothing wrong with your post. Here's what probably happened: Someone who didn't like the post reported it. An admin was going through the TOS queue as fast as possible, saw the post, and thought it was off topic because it referenced VENG. But I think your comparison was legitimate.

So what you need to do is write to the general admin mailbox and explain what happened, and why your post is not off topic. Here's the admin mailbox:
