Taking on debt is a really really good thing. Tech companies just can’t make it if they don’t do that! “Over there” thinking..

Call me old school but I think if you have something good that requires further funding you don’t need to take on funding that dilutes the hell out of shareholders.

This company has never demonstrated to its own shareholders even that they have something good enough to require funding of any kind.

Shareholders have been badly taken advantage of, and in very slow motion for all to see.
