Otc markets updated again yesterday and listed the float as 15,936,129. Apparently, they think this is the most accurate since multiple people have called them about it. I believe the float was previously at 39M which leave a difference of approximately 19M shares. If Isiah were to acquire that amount on the open market that would definitely give him majority control. I'm just wondering if this could be getting held up by the SEC or Finra subject to some sort of review depending on what he is trying to do????
