TTCM has patents granted in 2016 and 2018 but they haven't monetized the patents but 97% of all patents are worthless and TTCM has worthless patents.

A Provisional Patent is meaningless because on the OTC provision patents are used for pumping purposes only. A provisional patent is a placeholder and the company has 12 months to file a non-provisional patent which is far more difficult.

Then there is the Examination of the non-provisional patent application.

I wouldn't get too excited about the filing of a provisional patent after reading the financials.
