INSM - something appears to happening here as well, ...
Last we heard, they lost their three top patents in a lawsuit, which sent the price tumbling from 1.80 to under a dollar.

There was a recent article in the New York Times that I think is favorable to INSM with patients talking about how much they love and need the drug:

There was a postponement of the court date to decide on damages in the patent lawsuit they recently lost. This is leading some to believe that there may be either settlement or merger talks between them and TRCA (the other company with the patent).

There's also thought that Insmed's IPLEX might be approved soon in Europe.
