why loot 300 billion from undercapitalized? why dole out so much from undercapitalized entities in various forms? stress test said opposite of what she is saying below on future losses. is that is why she took stress test results back and that they do not trust their own analysis on which they spent a lot of money and resources? how can we believe in anything else fhfa puts out?
