How about showing SOMETHING (tangible) for the monies spent, at certain intervals.

Wee must really feel a certain way, two years into an agreement. between the two companies.


S-1 …. Huh? What is the need for selling more shares? This “company” produces more shares than silk. I guess if they need more money they need more money, but how about showing some sales.
