In my opinion, I think the ceo has been getting all the necessary patents together to properly protect the 3D chip concept. Then, will eventually sell the patent to one of the bigger Korean chip manufactures such as Samsung Electronics or SK Hynix.

I'm just guessing here, but putting 2 and 2 together, why bother with a Korean Patent in the first place?

If I'm correct here, it will make or last two TREN and BNIX deals look like chump change.
