This petition asked the DA and the Court to compel the named individuals to provide their sworn oaths of office within 10 days. The named individuals include just about every current cabinet and appointed officials up to and including the vice president. For over a year not one of the officials has been able to provide the required documentation under the Freedom of Information Act. The petition seeks the enforcement of 5USC : 3332 which requires the immediate removal of the imposters, and the void ab initio of all acts laws regulations etc carried out by the imposters.
Sadly the FHFA was not included. As part of future claims FOIA requests will be made for the properly executed oaths of Paulson, and Demarco and every FHFA Director. Can everything FHFA did as regulator and conservator be voided? As if FHFA has never existed?
On a more serious note, this effort is seeking how far back the potential conspiracy goes. Not one official in the current administration has been able to provide a properly executed oath of office when asked. What about the judges? Interestingly, in 1963 the naked communist manifesto was entered into the congressional record as a warning to future law makers. One of the steps in that manifesto is the removal of oaths of office.
The law-firms say they are also representing around 300 former Generals and other military who are asking the following question: whos orders were we following when we wore the uniform? Were we the united states military or actually mercenaries? I wonder what Navy Commander thinks?
