whatever happened to fdic case that may affect fhfa ? appropriations case, was it ? rop? in which they said it exceeded 2 years or something for an acting director? it has major implications as senate confirmation would not be required if scotus says it was ok, another disaster like collins, very long term implications. sorry i lost touch. i thought both were big and only question mark in fdic case was if they would let it apply to fhfa.
