I’m so glad I understand what’s going on with the Nevada SOS change, the extensions by FINRA and where the tickers heading.
The real action goes as follows:
1. The first area to be addressed is the state level which authorizes shares and also keeps record in the state's escrow agency and the courts.
2. The next level is FINRA, which reviews all the collected information from the state level issuer.
3. Next is the SEC level but they follow from the origin aka the state of Nevada and FINRA.
I thought GVSI was abandoned and would never get pink current? Sharp is still working on the ticker for what? To have it suspended? He’s working on a merger, just for fun and not have a shell for it?
If the ticker is going to be “suspended” lmfao, why is FINRA saying “at its discretion, it’s appropriate to”. Just to waste time and money? Haahaaa
