$HPIL AC filed a motion for summary disposition which in a nutshell showed the judge that at the onset of the court case there was never any paperwork filed disregarding SB as ceo and that the plaintiffs owned zero shares of HPIL with no basis in fact to have ever initiated a control dispute of HPIL. AC also dismissed her complaint against SB. I wasnt able to watch the video call but I think that was the gist of it. Others who were able to join Im sure could provide more color.
