Assume the the incoming company has 25M revenue and multi-millions in assets. Would you agree that .017 PPS is ridiculously low?


I would not agree. Since we do not know what the company is, discussing a share price on the basis of wishful thinking is not "meaningful conversation," IMO.

I don't base my investments on shortsighted day traders and stock manipulators.
