Not really if you do the math. Matty boy HAS to DUMP shares via a SEC Reg A offering,he has no choice. First offer was at 0.0050--that failed in a week at the most as the pps tanked. Then he ups the amount to 2B shares and makes a new offering at 0.0030. Check the pps lately? Yeah that offer is toast also.

The only recourse now is to lower it again and again and again.
