30 March 2023 Albemarle increases relevant interest in Liontown shares

Liontown Resources Limited (“Liontown” or “the Company”) advises that Albemarle Corporation
(“Albemarle”) has notified the Company that it now has a relevant interest in ~4.3% of Liontown shares,
compared to the ~2.2% shareholding which Liontown understood to be the extent of Albemarle's interests
at the time of the announcement on 28 March 2023.
Albemarle has also requested a copy of the Liontown share register, in accordance with s.173 of the
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), for the purpose of contacting Liontown shareholders about the Albemarle nonbinding indicative proposal referred to in Liontown's announcement dated 28 March 2023 (the “Albemarle
Indicative Proposal”).
The Liontown Board will continue to keep shareholders appropriately informed, and the Liontown Investor
Relations team is available to answer any queries via the details below. As previously announced, the
Liontown Board has rejected the Albemarle Indicative Proposal, therefore shareholders do not need to take
any action at this time.
