This is so painfully slow. I'm almost tempted to stop checking the NVSC website and just assume that my inbox will blow up whenever a decision is finally issued.

Anyone expecting a decision this week?

And what do people expect the NVSC to do, out of the following options:
1- requesting a writ,
2- treating the appeal as a writ, or
3- issuing a decision without even mentioning a writ?

Those are basically the only three options at this point. Note that requesting a writ would include dismissing the appeal and requiring a writ instead, but none of the options indicate the ultimate outcome the NVSC will reach.
