as you can see, gold is not even up 2% the past year...it has been range bound. It is now testing the upper range for the 3rd or 4th time in the past 2 years.........based on fundamentals, it should sooner or later break through and this will be a clarion call to investors that we are in a new PM gold bull market. It should move up quickly taking its first "step."
