ULBI - still think this is a decent play at some point this year, but a couple of Q4 CC notes going into Q1 next week:
-they had a cybersecurity issue which affected their operations for 2 weeks, so there's going to be some costs there. Doesn't sound like they had to pay out much if anything to the randsomware people, but it was a bit vague. They have cybersecurity insurance with a 100K deductible and the key question is how well it covers lost operational time. Sounds like they will eat costs in Q1, with potential for recovery later
-the supply chain issues still seem likely to affect them through Q2. They think Q3/Q4 will be better, even said something like returning to historical profitability.
Won't be surprised if folks sell after a nasty bottom line Q1 next week. Will look to load up then.
