Looks like my 16- 20wk point is right on the mark......To bad you either can't read what I say or just plain can't tell the truth.....Been an awful lot of misrepresentations and out of context responses.....This is just one more..

Feel free however....Just like the repubs, dems have a right to misrepresent anything they like...

But 16 - 20 weeks is just my opinion never stated as anything else and qualified with exceptions
