This acquisition would make sense if TLRY was thriving and flush with cash. All this does is consolidate TLRY and HEXO into joint bankruptcy, but I'm sure Simon has a golden parachute. HEXO had a CEO that was equally incompetent and ran the company into the ground, but he is gone I think his name was Sebastian. Ask HEXO shareholders how they feel about him.
