That means absolutely nothing. BioAmber Biochemicals shows as active as well right now and it was dissolved back in March. I guess the powers that be don’t care so much about updating the old info. I mean BioAmber stopped paying the fees and taxes how long ago lol.
Soon enough BioAmber Sarnia will be dissolved as well. If you look it might say active but they missed the last two years of filings and they are definitely on the chopping block just like Biochemicals was. That process has already started.
Then BioAmber Inc will get dissolved as well for the same reasons. No filings, no fees paid and no taxes laid in years. Let’s not forget the whole liquidation as well lol.
I wonder what spin will be put on this that it was obvious or a good thing and needed to happen lol.
It will be comical to hear the spin when Sarnia and BioAmber Inc go down as well.
