Whenever I’m the past that companies do

This type of stuff, it’s done in order to

prepare for something….. that’s the question

Is it something positive or negative… of

course, wishful thinking would suggest

something positive… for example: anyone

familiar with custodian stocks where the

custodian would issue 300 million shs as a

control block in anticipation of a merger so

that the new owner would have a majority

interest of the ticker once they become in

charge….. so, who knows, I would doubt

that out of sheer boredom, Wilton just

created dividend shares for giggles.. but

again…. WHO Knows!?!???
