Here is the David LaMountain SEC INVESTIGATION and subpoena attempt to "quash" for same - it was refiled as a new case and is on-going :)))

SEC investigations are well, well, well known to take YEARS (3 to 5 is not unusual at all).. from start of investigation to charges or formal lawsuit being filed) let alone "to conclusion" and filing "formal charges"...WHICH.... which would likely then involve the DOJ IF if if.. they reach the level of "criminal" or else.... a civil "regulatory case" will be filed by "THE SEC" which seeks monetary damages or a restraint or cease and desist from serving public companies w/ restitution aka monetary damages to claw-back....etc.
