I didn't know there were buildings on the property.

We had a slight delay in the closing because there was some weather damage done to one of the properties, so we had the seller contract for a survey and following that, go out for repair bids so we can hold monies in escrow at the closing

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
