We know;
- PT has spent over $30 million and still has no proven reserves, repeatable production process and no path to profitability.
- Mexus has been operating in violation of Nevada state laws due to not having a valid business liscence for at least the last 2 years in violation of Nevada state laws.
- PT has lied about the amount of gold sales in PRs.
- Mexus was funding MarMar.
- IRMEX was never a legitimate company
- Carbon Filters were not being shipped to the refinery as presented in the PRs. (Is the last Carbon Filter still stuck at the border waiting for the taxes to be paid?)
- Paul lies in the PRs.
- The reverse split and increase in shares of common stock float wasn't done for future uplisting purposes.
- PT hasn't provided a PR in almost 5 months.
