Important question to ask.. who is willing to sell these shares at such a gift level price? We may have investors that always falls back on the "there is buyer for every seller" but fail to understand the basic supply and demand rule.
To simply put, again, the buyers from the recent offering are selling. You can see that in the volume, which didn't exist before.
