The SEC went after some Kistler character and New Opportunity Business solutions.

Regarding LaMountain, it doesn't look like he filed any lawsuit. What it was as you stated in another post a subpoena (an investigative subpoena) and he had filed a motion to quash.

It looks like it amounted to nothing anyway IMHO.
