The company is broke and essentially insolvent. Their ability to pay their bills, as evidenced by their extended default in Nevada, is getting worse. There are fewer and fewer "investors" willing to give PT and his crony friends their money to fritter away.

The end is near. It seems even the toxic death spiral lenders won't provide PT with any more money. And when that happens, it is really and truly over.
