The vitamins just assist your immune system, it also makes up for your diet, that cannot be perfect some days. It is just part of my daily routine, need all the help I can get.

Also, not to sound disgusting, but along with good sleep patterns at night, hot showers help, my circulation is still not the greatest, even with the stents. The neuropathy, think I spelled that correctly, still is hard on my feet. So anything I can do to make my body feel better in the evening, allows me to sleep better.

I do not mean to say so much about your health, but like mine, it is a bitch to have a hospital stay, and I have had a few in my lifetime. I will go to the Doctor's, I do not mind the day surgery, but please no more hospital stays.
