I wasn't sure what to expect, but from doing my due diligence (DD), I think the news is fine. In my opinion, it leads me to think that much more details are coming about the company that is acquiring MONI. I think it is important to note that MONI is not acquiring the Aviation company... the Aviation company is acquiring MONI. Hmmm...

I truly 100% think this is going to be huge for MONI and us shareholders. Without certain details in the PR, I think some panicked and sold. When the dust clears later, I think more investors will better appreciate today's news, especially when more details are released of which indicated will be coming.

In my opinion, an Aviation company that has been around since June 2005 is likely generating significant revenues and is fairly profitable considering that the Growth Rate, or the P/E Ratio, for the Aviation Industry is in the 25.14 range to the 80s from certain links out there, I think we are in great hands:

The second link above explains that... Over the last 7 days, the Airlines industry has risen 2.6%, driven by gains in Southwest Airlines and United Airlines Holdings of 3.1% and 4.2%, respectively. Meanwhile, Wheels Up Experience actually underperformed within the industry, shrinking 24% in the last week. However, the industry is down 16% over the past year. Looking forward, earnings are forecast to grow by 31% annually.... In my opinion, they are in the right Industry and this is going to be very big as that's a 31 P/E Ratio (or Growth Rate) for the Industry.

You have to take what they previously tweeted and what was PR-ed to put them together to see that this is a huge Aviation company, that's profitable, that's coming into MONI.

After reading what they recently tweeted below, this ain't Frank talking. This is likely some lawyer giving him guidance to put that out to let investors know that details are coming, but absolutely cannot be talked about right now to make sure such does not jeopardize the integrity of the deal:
